We live in the world where we are gifted with a beautiful nature and creatures. Once must appreciate where one is and with which one is surrounded with. Appreciating others does not mean disrespecting yourself but often as a gesture to the see the world without having to devalue yourself. You may never believe this fact but we all have secret admirers who secretly admires us. People who don’t even have any sorts of relationship are sometimes influenced by the way you are.

And along with appreciating others start appreciating yourself as well. You will never have a biggest motivator than your own self. Appreciate yourself for all those small wins appreciate the way you are. Appreciate who you are because it is who you choose to be. If you don’t appreciate where you are start motivating yourself to take those chances leading you to the how you want to see yourself as.

You may never know what your hidden talents are so try every stuff out to see where you fit in the most.

Meditation!!

Our everyday life has so much of chaos. We are running so much behind the things that we often  neglect ourselves. Our peace doesn't not rely on what we do outside but what we do to maintain our inside world. Have you ever wondered why people find peace at beaches, mountains and forest. Because these are the places though empty but filled with silence. The cool breeze with the waves clashing the shores completely relaxes us. The sound of the birds greenery all around works like a magical therapy. The sight which we get to see from above the  mountains is breathtaking that feeling of being away from everything yet so close to the sky to the stars completely soothes us.
Each morning we wake up we have our to do list ready, our minds are occupied by the thoughts. There are lot many of thoughts which keep coming and going in  our mind but we cannot control them yet we can choose what are our thoughts about. The challenge is to silence our mind. And this comes with practice of meditation. Meditation seems to be very boring and religious to some people but once one tries to get into the state of meditation and experience the real magic then only one comes to know how beneficial and powerful it is. Our mind is already influenced with lots of stuff going around and so we do not get to hear the voice of our inner-self. Meditation is an act of letting go every thought in our mind and experiencing the silence. Breathing plays an important role in the act of meditation. Meditation is all about patience. It teaches us how to remain calm and patient. Meditation is a way in which we can connect to the supreme powers. As it is said to in order to see the light, you need to get into the darkness. In the same way to feel the supreme form of energy you need to shut your eyes to feel and see things which you have never seen and felt.
Meditation practices even done for five minutes brings about a lot of major changes in our lives. It helps us to find answers, create reality of our own choice, listen to what our body wants to say and enhance all areas of our life.  It is a form of self-love. Is a guidance to explore the inner us. It evolves the world around us and we vibrate to an even higher frequency. It makes us aware about how powerful form of energy we are. It alters our brain waves and if done consistently it  works miraculously for our mind and body. Our emotions are enhanced we feel more good as our body releases hormones like dopamine and serotonin. We become more of ourselves and the outer world no longer controls us.
It is a powerful exercise. One just needs time, interest and patience to do so. Why do you think the world is getting inspired by the term spirituality? Why do you think educational institutions have taken interest to start daily meditation practice for students? Its only because it is the state of peace that we all are in the need in this busy world. Hope you all take time to practice mediation as lock down is an amazing opportunity that we have got to practice a form of exercise for our own well- being.

Now is the Time..!!

Its all about making time and not having it. Its been more than a month since we are in lock down. Have you observed yourselves about how much productively you have utilized this precious time! Time once gone never returns but the moments spend in that time interval remains as a memory for us while something learned during that time cannot be unlearned or taken away. Everyone is creative in their own ways and has something which makes them unique. One just needs time to recognize and put that into action. Whatever time we have is “Now” because past is gone and future is unpredictable. Set your priorities wisely. Try and understand to differentiate what really matters at the moment. Even if we set our priorities the negative elements of brains always try to bring about resistance so try to overcome it. We all are like an arrow in order to move forward we need to be pulled behind. Time doesn’t wait so why should we. Enjoy and accomplish what is now because “was” and “will be “never really matters.
We all are addicted towards our phones but that it is only good if that addiction really matters or makes us productive in a certain way if not than its just wastage of our time. If you have nothing to do then just sit quietly and ask yourself questions that you have always wanted to or never really wanted to because you will definitely get answers. And by the way keeping our mind busy into something is so important from the biological point of view as when we learn something new neuronal connections are formed and more the neuronal connection more active is our brain. So hope you all are taking time to make time to do something that is going to decide your time in life.

Love Yourself..!!

Getting to know yourself is such a beautiful feeling. After all our relationship with other people is the reflection of how we treat our own self. We often tend to know what others like, dislike, their strengths and weaknesses, their good and bad side, what makes them happy and what not. But how many of us know everything about ourselves. Throughout the day we keep talking about something or the other, knowingly or unknowingly to ourselves.
We often speak to ourselves more than we do with others. And I must say this is really interesting. We must be our own good friend, because even before we share anything with our colleagues, family or friends we tend to share it with our own self. We often let our close ones to validate our choices which if done always is not an healthy practice.
We on our birthdays, our very special day tend to eagerly wait for others to wish us, but how many of us have been excitedly pre-planning our own special day rather than waiting for someone else to do so? Sometimes all we have to do is give ourselves a treat. Make yourself feel special. Just do all that makes you happy. Go to your favorite place alone, watch your favorite movie. Spending time alone is a very healthy practice because we are so much involved in making our position in this competitive world that we tend to forget ourselves. Love yourself enough and most important is to respect yourself. Stop expecting love from other while you keep underestimating your own self. Cheer yourself, be your greatest fan, motivate as well as challenge yourself even before that external trigger had to be made due to some situations or circumstances.
Explore yourself there are so many facts about yourself that are still hidden or are yet to be explored.
Every time you do something, do it for yourself in the same way you would do it for others and do it for others in a way you would do it for yourself.
Thank you for reading.
Hope you have a fabulous day ahead!
